Thai Kin Co., Ltd. applied for primary listing on Taiwan Stock Exchange

Thai Kin Co., Ltd. (“TK”, Stock code: 6629) applied for primary listing on April 16, 2018. It is the 3rd foreign company filing IPO application to Taiwan Stock Exchange this year.

TK is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its main operations focuses on the manufacture and sale of home decoration furniture casting.

In the financial year ending 2017, TK’s consolidated revenue was NT$938 million, its net profit attributable to owner and earning per share was NT$127 million and NT$4.22 respectively.
