3.Reason for Delisting: EHIG’s net worth, as of December 31, 2018, was negative according to their consolidated financial report. This meets TWSE's "Operating Rules of the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation” Article 50-3 paragraphs 9 subparagraph 2 for delisting a TDR.
