Revenues of listed companies in May 2021 rose by 17.14% compared to May 2020

Listed companies as a whole report NT$ 2 trillion 976 billion in total revenue in May 2021, which is NT$435.5 billion (17.14%) higher than the total revenue in May 2020 with 718 companies experienced revenue growth; The accumulated revenue of all listed companies from January to May 2021 is NT$ 14 trillion 731 billion, which is  NT$ 2 trillion 771.3 billion higher (23.17%) than the previous year and a total of 779 companies experienced revenue growth in accumulated revenue.

 

Among all the listed companies, the main industries with a growing revenue tendency in May 2021 are “Oil, Gas and Electricity”, “Shipping and Transportation” and “Plastics”. The main industries with a declining revenue tendency are “Financial and Insurance”, “Computer and Peripheral Equipment” and “Tourism”.
