Taiwan Index Plus has launched the IR ENGAGE platform on Nov.1st., institutional investors could register to start using the services.

Taiwan Index Plus Corporation ("TIP") has announced the launch of IR ENGAGE, a new integrated investor relations services platform that aims to increase the visibility of Taiwan listed companies, encourage communications with institutional investors, deepen investor relations, and promote sustainable development. The platform's trial operation is now available at https://irengage.taiwanindex.com.tw/.

 

TIP is Taiwan's first dedicated index service provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE). The provider is committed to supporting the Financial Supervisory Commission and its initiative to establish Taiwan as an Asian asset management hub, assist Taiwan's capital market product innovation, and promote Taiwan's securities market and international cooperation, thereby strengthening its competitiveness.

 

IR ENGAGE primarily encompasses three core services: Investor Conference Services, ESG Value-Added Data Services, and Engagement Services.

 

1.       ESG Value-Added Data Services provide access to TIP's multi-tier ESG database using the SEED model from the Taiwan Sustainability Ratings, assessing listed companies' risks and opportunities on Social (S), Economic (E), Environmental (E), and Disclosure (D) aspects. Hope to support engagement and facilitate focus on ESG engagement topics using TIP's ESG database.

 

2.    Engagement Services facilitate electronic matching for meetings between institutional investors and listed companies, enhancing communication. Registered members can initiate meeting invitations, use the messaging function, and track engagement records to optimize effectiveness.

 

3.    Investor Conference Services include the "Venue Reservation" function, which integrates resources from the Taiwan Stock Exchange Group and securities firms to offer conference rooms for listed companies to host their own investor conferences. This service is designed to alleviate the investor relations workload for companies, enabling more frequent investor conferences, enhancing corporate visibility, and strengthening investor relations. Another function, the "Investor Conference Calendar", provides a user-friendly calendar interface that displays essential information, including bilingual (Chinese and English) presentations, schedules, locations, and video links for each listed company's investor conferences. This information is available across various devices, including computers and mobile phones, and supports bilingual access for greater convenience.

 

TIP has established IR ENGAGE as the premier platform for listed companies, especially small and mid-sized enterprises. By enhancing visibility, showcasing value, attracting capital, and fostering investor engagement, IR ENGAGE is set to drive sustainable development and transform Taiwan's capital market into a vibrant hub for asset management in Asia.
