San Neng Group Holdings Co., Ltd. applied for primary listing on Taiwan Stock Exchange

 

San Neng Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“San Neng”, Stock code: 6671) applied for primary listing on June 25, 2018. It is the 5^th foreign company filing IPO application to Taiwan Stock Exchange this year.

 

San Neng is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its main operations located in China producing professional bakeware, such as baking pans, toast boxes, cake molds etc.

 

In the financial year ending 2017, San Neng’s consolidated revenue was NT$2,031 million, its net profit attributable to owner and earning per share was NT$241 million and NT$4.52 respectively.
