Lilontex Corporation to be delisted

Regarding securities issued by Lilontex Corporation (Lilontex, stock code: 1469), the TWSE board of directors has reviewed and approved to termination of Lilontex's listing agreement. Lilontex will be delisted on July 11, 2018.

 

The Lilontex shareholder's meeting passed a resolution to delist the company's securities. All directors other than independent directors and certain shareholders have promised to buy back 100% of outstanding Lilontex shares at NT$13.98 per share. Investors will be able to tender their shares within 50 days starting from the delisting date on July 11, 2018 (i.e. July 11, 2018 to August 29, 2018).
