Fulin Plastic Industry (Cayman) Holding Co., Ltd. celebrated its listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on Dec. 24, 2018.

The Taiwan Stock Exchange was delighted to announce Fulin Plastic Industry (Cayman) Holding Co., Ltd. open for trading on Dec. 24, 2018. Since the foregoing company was newly listed after its initial public offering, there was no restriction on the price fluctuation for the first five trading days. The Taiwan Stock Exchange hosted a grand listing ceremony to welcome the IPO launcher under the stock code”1341”.

 

Fulin is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its main operation located in Vietnam and producing PVC leather and PVC sheet.

 

For the first three quarters in 2018, Fulin’s consolidated revenue is NTD$ 2,134,205 thousand, net profit after tax attributable to owner is NTD$ 88,648 thousand and net profit after tax per share is NTD$2.23.
