KHGEARS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED applied for primary listing on Taiwan Stock Exchange

KHGEARS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“KHGEARS”, Stock code: 4571) applied for primary listing on April 30, 2019. It is the first foreign company filing IPO application to Taiwan Stock Exchange this year.

 

KHGEARS was incorporated in the Cayman Islands, with its main operations located in China, manufacturing and selling shafts and gears for power equipment, industrial sewing machines, outdoor power equipment and many industries.

 

In the financial year ending 2018, KHGEARS’s consolidated revenue was NT$1,567 million, its net profit attributable to owner and earning per share was NT$215 million and 5.22 respectively.
