Applied BioCode Corporation has applied for primary listing on the TWSE
Applied BioCode Corporation (“ABC-KY”, stock code 6598) has applied for Primary Listing as a Technology Enterprise on December 24, 2019. It is the 5th foreign company that has filed IPO application with Taiwan Stock Exchange this year.
ABC-KY has incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its main operations in Los Angeles, California, USA. ABC-KY develops, manufactures and commercializes multiplex testing products. The company has combined "digital barcodes" with immunochemistry and molecular probes to create a new, bio-inspired Barcoded Magnetic Beads (BMB) technology. Its main business market is in the U.S and Asia.
As of the fiscal 3rd quarter of 2019, the consolidated revenue of ABC-KY was NT$78.875 million, net loss attributed to the owner was NT$222.59 million, and loss per share was NT$3.59.
