   As of the end of August 2021, there were 952 companies listed on the TWSE with a total market value of NTD 53.65 trillion. Also, our market is notable for the high dividend yields (2.75%) and fairly reasonable P/B (2.33) and P/E (15.86) ratios.    (1)TWSE listing companies and capital issues
   As of the end of August 2021, there were 952 companies listed on the TWSE, including 874 domestic companies and 78 foreign companies, with a total capital issued of NTD 7.30 trillion. There was 1 delisting companies (911616 - Du Kang) in August.
   
   
   (2)Total market capitalization
   As of the end of August 2021, the total market capitalization of TWSE-listed stocks amounted to NTD 53.65 trillion. The market capitalization of the shareholdings of foreign investors was NTD 23.51 trillion, or 43.94% of the total market capitalization.
   
   
   (3)Total revenue of all listed companies
   All listed companies reported NTD 3.15 trillion in total revenue in August 2021, 11.97% higher than in August 2020. The accumulated revenue of all listed companies from January to August was NTD 24.1 trillion, 18.61% higher compared to Year 2020.

   TAIEX closed at 17,490.29 on August 31, 2021, up 242.88 from last month (July 30, 2021) 17,247.41, an increase of approximately 1.41%.

   As of the end of August 2021, the total trading value for year-to-date was NTD 69.15 trillion on the TWSE market and the average daily trading value was NTD 432.18 billion.
