World Known MFG (Cayman) Limited has applied for primary listing on Taiwan Stock Exchange
World Known MFG (Cayman) Limited. (Stock symbol: WKG, Stock code:4581) applied for primary listing on Sep. 25, 2019. It is the 3rd foreign company filing IPO application to Taiwan Stock Exchange this year.
Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, MFG develops, designs, manufactures and sells metal casting products for a variety of industries such as automotive, alternative/renewable energy, agricultural and construction machinery; and its products are mainly sold to US, Europe, Japan and China.
In the financial year ending 2018, MFG’s consolidated revenue was NT$1,098 million, its net profit attributable to owner and earning per share was NT$150 million and 5.01 respectively.
