Listed Companies and Initial Public Offerings

Revenues of all listed companies in October 2024 rose by 11.9% compared to October 2023, and accumulated revenues rose by 12.17% compared to Year 2023

Listed companies as a whole reported NT$3 trillion 915.4 billion in total revenue in October 2024, which was NT$416.3 billion (11.9%) higher than the total revenue in October 2023. A total of 608 companies experienced revenue growth, while 418 companies had declines in revenue. The accumulated revenue of all listed companies from January to October was NT$34 trillion 174.8 billion. The increase compared to year 2023 was NT$3 trillion 707.7 billion (12.17%). A total of 667 companies experienced revenue growth, while 359 companies had declines in revenue.

 

In terms of performance by industries, the main industries with a growing revenue tendency in October 2024 were “Building Material and Construction,” “Green Energy and Environmental Services” and “Cement.” The main industries with a declining revenue tendency is “Oil, Gas and Electricity,” “Glass, Ceramics” and “Plastics.”

 

Among all the listed companies, the main industries with a growing tendency in their accumulated revenue from January to October were “Shipping and Transportation,” “Electronic Products Distribution” and “Financial and Insurance.” The main industry with a declining tendency were “Oil, Gas and Electricity,” “Glass, Ceramics” and “Iron and Steel.”
