Capital Market Service Group in Action Again: TWSE, TPEx, and Deloitte Co-Host Forum in Kaohsiung to Promote High-Quality Enterprises Entering the Capital Market
To assist high-quality enterprises in entering the capital market smoothly, the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx) jointly established the “Capital Market Service Group” in 2024. This initiative aims to integrate resources and build a one-stop service platform in close collaboration with intermediaries, government agencies, and the startup ecosystem to drive the growth of Taiwan's capital market. It also supports the vision of transforming Taiwan into an “Asian Asset Management Center” and a “Cluster for Innovative Enterprises.”
On April 16, 2025, the TWSE and TPEx in collaboration with Deloitte Taiwan, hosted the “2025 Capital Market Advancement Forum for High-Quality Enterprises” at the InterContinental Kaohsiung. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from numerous industry leaders and corporate representatives.
Through direct interaction with enterprises, the TWSE is actively building communication bridges. This forum platform allows for the timely dissemination of new capital market policies and practical information, helping companies understand the listing process and shape their strategic roadmaps. By gathering market professionals and experienced practitioners, the event provides valuable insights and professional guidance, strengthening corporate confidence in seizing transformation and growth opportunities. The TWSE hopes to encourage more promising and growth-oriented enterprises to enter the capital market, not only broadening their financing channels and enhancing competitiveness, but also boosting Taiwan’s economic momentum. Ultimately, this joint effort seeks to deepen and broaden the market, promoting a resilient, innovative, and sustainable development of Taiwan’s capital markets.
