The TWSE announced amendments to relevant regulations to reduce the filing burden on listed companies and align with international trends
The TWSE amended “Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation Rules Governing Information Filing by Companies with TWSE Listed Securities and Offshore Fund Institutions with TWSE Listed Offshore Exchange-Traded Funds”, “Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation Procedures for Verification and Disclosure of Material Information of Companies with Listed Securities” and “Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation Standards for Determining Whether a TWSE Listed Company Shall Publish Complete Financial Forecasts” to reduce the filing burden on listed companies and align with international trends.
