Tanvex BioPharma, Inc. celebrated its listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on October 26, 2017.

The Taiwan Stock Exchange was delighted to announce Tanvex BioPharma, Inc. open for trading on October 26, 2017. Since the foregoing company was newly listed after its initial public offering, there was no restriction on the price fluctuation for the first five trading days. The Taiwan Stock Exchange hosted a grand listing ceremony to welcome the IPO launcher under the ticker symbol “Tanvex” and stock code”6541”.

 

Tanvex is registered in the Cayman Islands with its main operations located in Taiwan and U.S . Its core business is focusing on R&D and manufacturing biosimilar products as well as new drugs.

 

For the first half of 2017, Tanvex’s consolidated revenue is NT$0, net loss after tax attributable to owner is NTD$ 882 million and net loss after tax per share is NTD$ 3.62.
