Kayee International Group Co., Ltd. celebrated its listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on January 11, 2018

The Taiwan Stock Exchange was delighted to announce Kayee International Group Co., Ltd. open for trading on January 11, 2018. Since the foregoing company was newly listed after its initial public offering, there was no restriction on the price fluctuation for the first five trading days. The Taiwan Stock Exchange hosted a grand listing ceremony to welcome the IPO launcher under the ticker symbol “KE” and stock code”2939”.

Kayee International Group Co., Ltd. is registered in the Cayman Islands. Its core business is focusing on the provider for the direct marketing channel. The main market is Europe and the United States. The products cover Kitchenware, Household products, Beauty & Personal Care, Sports equipment and Electrical appliances & Electronics, etc.

For the first three quarters in 2017, Kayee’s consolidated revenue is NTD$4,721,708 thousand and net profit after tax attributable to owner is NTD$ 755,308 thousand and net profit after tax per share is NTD$ 16.42.
