Luo Lih-Fen Co., Ltd. applied for primary listing on Taiwan Stock Exchange
Luo Lih-Fen Co., Ltd. (“LLF”, Stock code：6666) applied for primary listing on April 30, 2018. It is the 4th foreign company filing IPO application to Taiwan Stock Exchange this year.
LLF is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its main operations focuses on the manufacture and sale of facial skin care products.
In the financial year ending 2017, LLF’s consolidated revenue was NT$867 million, its net profit attributable to owner and earning per share was NT$240 million and NT$7.27 respectively.
