San Neng Group Holdings Co., Ltd. celebrated its listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on Dec. 11, 2018.

The Taiwan Stock Exchange was delighted to announce San Neng Group Holdings Co., Ltd. open for trading on Dec. 11, 2018. Since the foregoing company was newly listed after its initial public offering, there was no restriction on the price fluctuation for the first five trading days. The Taiwan Stock Exchange hosted a grand listing ceremony to welcome the IPO launcher under the stock code”6671”.

 

San Neng is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its main operation located in China and Taiwan and producing all kinds of professional bakeware such as baking pans, toast boxes and cake molds etc. 

 

For the first three quarters in 2018, San Neng’s consolidated revenue is NTD$ 1,390,105 thousand, net profit after tax attributable to owner is NTD$ 135,903 thousand and net profit after tax per share is NTD$2.52.
