The English version of the Securities Competitive Auction System is now on line. The way to participate in the competitive auction is by accessing this url - https://scas.twse.com.tw/SCAS/
Foreign investors who hold a legal and unexpired On-Line Stock-Dealing Certificate issued by a securities firm can use that Certificate to log into the system and submit bids.All users are advised to read the FAQs and “Operational Manual” before starting to bid.
