Shareholders' meetings of public companies to be suspended due to COVID-19
Financial Supervisory Commission announced on May 20 that shareholders' meetings of public companies (including all TWSE-listed companies) will be suspended nationwide from May 24 to June 30 due to the increase in domestically-transmitted COVID-19 cases in the country. In addition, companies shall postpone their shareholders’ meetings to dates between 1 July and 31 August 2021.
