Revenues of all listed companies in May 2022 rose by 8.69% compared to May 2021

Listed companies as a whole reported NT$3 trillion 234.7 billion in total revenue in May 2022, which was NT$258.7 billion (8.69%) higher than the total revenue in May 2021. A total of 567 companies experienced revenue growth, while 400 companies had declines in revenue. The increase compared to May 2020 was NT$694.2 billion (27.33%).

 

In terms of performance by industries, the main industries which showed a growing trend in from January to May were “Shipping and Transportation,” “Oil, Gas and Electricity” and “Semiconductor.” The main industry with a declining tendency were “Financial and Insurance,” “Rubber” and “Optoelectronic.”
