Revenues of all listed companies in August 2022 rose by 6.53% compared to August 2021

Listed companies as a whole reported NT$3 trillion 350.6 billion in total revenue in August 2022, which was NT$205.4 billion (6.53%) higher than the total revenue in August 2021. A total of 569 companies experienced revenue growth, while 399 companies had declines in revenue. The increase compared to August 2020 was NT$541.7 billion (19.29%).

 

In terms of performance by industries, the main industries which showed a growing trend in from January to August were “Oil, Gas and Electricity,” “Shipping and Transportation” and “Semiconductor.” The main industries with a declining tendency were “Financial and Insurance,” “Optoelectronic” and “Glass, Ceramics.”
