To enhance information transparency, TWSE requires listed companies publish material information.

To enhance information transparency, TWSE amended “Procedures for Verification and Disclosure of Material Information of Companies with Listed Securities” and requires listed companies publish material information when notifying the board of directors’ meeting handling the financial reports or unaudited annual financial information agendas. It will come into effect from the first quarter of 2024 financial reports.
