The TWSE is well prepared to physically connect with global investors in 2023

For the past two years, physical assembly has been suspended due to the pandemic outbreak. However, the Taiwan Stock Exchange (the “TWSE”) recognizes the unceasing need of global investors to obtain the latest Taiwan market particulars. Therefore, the TWSE established a comprehensive platform and continuously maximizes dialogues between investors and enterprises using online tools.

In 2022, the TWSE cohosted eight investment events with securities firms and IR companies. Delegates from over 220 Taiwan listed companies met online with more than 1,500 institutional investors generating nearly 3,000 one-on-one and small group meetings. The TWSE also arranged keynote speeches, panels, and forums to introduce ESG development, promote the Taiwan Innovation Board, and capital market performance. Beyond these investment events, the TWSE also cooperated with a custodian bank to hold online forums, to access a broader investor base.

The pandemic has finally eased as the world welcomes 2023. Accordingly, the TWSE is pleased to announce that physical roadshows will be resumed. Starting from March, a series of in-person events has been laid out, covering financial hubs in Asia, Europe, and the US. Considering the keen interest of foreign investors to meet face-to-face with Taiwan corporates and discover untold opportunities in the Taiwan market, the TWSE is fully prepared to meet and go above their expectations.
