TWSE and TPEx jointly held “Publicity Conference on the Management of Sustainability Report Assurance Institutions”
In response to the international sustainable development trend and to improve the quality of information disclosure of listed companies, the TWSE and TPEx jointly held the “Publicity Conference on the Management of Sustainability Report Assurance Institutions” on the 11th floor of the TPEx Multi-functional Information Media Area on Thursday, December 22, 2022, to explain the draft plan contents of the “Sustainable Development Roadmap” and “Directions for the Management of Assurance Institutions for the Sustainability Report of TWSE and TPEx Listed Companies.” Many assurance institutions signed up for the event.
In order to help ensure that assurance institutions are informed of the promotion policy and relevant regulations of the “Sustainable Development Roadmap,” the competent securities authority was invited for further publicity and guidance on the relevant policy planning and future direction of the “Sustainable Development Roadmap and Information Disclosure Regulations” and explained the draft contents of the “Directions for the Management of Assurance Institutions for the Sustainability Report of TWSE and TPEx Listed Companies” as well as the operational procedures for the recognition application of assurance institutions, with a view to assisting the assurance institutions in jointly guiding TWSE and TPEx listed companies to promote the greenhouse gas inventory work.
