TWSE launched new supporting measures starting from March 20, 2023
In the one minute prior to market opening (8:59-9:00) for a security, if any cancel or change of the volume in the order beyond 30 percent from the volume in the order, the opening and matching for that security shall be postponed for two minutes starting from March 20, 2023.
