The TWSE promoted the Taiwan capital market to both institutional and individual investors through two investment events in June

From June 7 to 13, the TWSE co-organized "Best-In-Class: On the Cusp of a New Global Geopolitical Era", a physical Foreign Investment Forum and online investment event, with the Taiwan Institute of Directors and IPR Advisors.

The physical Foreign Investment Forum on June 7 invited the TWSE President, Mr. Li-Chung Chien, to deliver the opening remarks and the Head of the TWSE Corporate Governance Department to share in-depth insight as to how the TWSE is building the ESG ecosystem for the Taiwan capital market. The June 8 to 13 online investment events invited 25 high-quality mid-sized listed companies to engage in 35 one-on-one or group online meetings with 37 institutional investors from around the world

On June 28, the TWSE, SinoPac Securities, and Interactive Brokers (IBKR) jointly held the "Invest Taiwan, Asia's Treasure Island, From Semiconductors to Biotech" online promotion event. This event marked the first collaboration between the TWSE and the world's largest online brokerage firm, with the goal to promote the Taiwan capital market to global retail investors.

The TWSE Chairman & CEO Sherman Lin delivered the opening remarks, mentioning that the robust high-tech cluster, strong ESG performance and high dividend yields featured the Taiwan capital market to be suitable for all kinds of investors. The TWSE also presented in-depth introductions of market overview, trading mechanism and ESG development.

In the future, the TWSE will continue to collaborate with market participants to promote the advantages and prospects of the Taiwan capital market to increase global investor participation and drive the continuous growth of our market.
