Revenues of all listed companies in May 2023 declined by 10.12% compared to May 2022

Listed companies as a whole reported $2 trillion 910.8 billion in total revenue in May 2023, which was NT$327.6 billion (-10.12%) less than the total revenue in May 2022. A total of 383 companies experienced revenue growth, while 597 companies had declines in revenue.  The decrease compared to May 2021 was NT$519 billion (-1.75%).

 

In terms of performance by industries, the main industries with a growing revenue tendency in May 2023 were “Tourism,” “Automobile” and “Trading and Consumers' Goods Industry.”  The main industries with a declining revenue tendency are “Shipping and Transportation,” “Oil, Gas and Electricity” and “Plastics.”
