TWSE has completed the adjustment of the securities competitive auction system for IPOs on the Taiwan Innovation Board(TIB) on August 7th

To diversify the underwriting methods for IPOs on the Taiwan Innovation Board(TIB) and to improve the convenience for qualified investors to participate in subscriptions, the Taiwan Securities Association has added two underwriting methods for IPOs on the TIB: entirely by competitive auction and partial competitive auction combined with public subscription.

TWSE has also completed the adjustment of the securities competitive auction system, adding an identity verification process for qualified investors in IPOs on the TIB, which were officially implemented on August 7th.
