Revenues of all listed companies in August 2023 declined by 7.93% compared to August 2022

Listed companies as a whole reported NT$3 trillion 88.1 billion in total revenue in August 2023, which was NT$266.1 billion (-7.93%) less than the total revenue in August 2022. A total of 419 companies experienced revenue growth, while 563 companies had declines in revenue. The decrease compared to year 2022 was NT$2 trillion 954.8 billion (-11.18%).

 

In terms of performance by industries, the main industries with a growing revenue tendency in August 2023 were “Building Material and Construction,” “Tourism and Hospitality” and “Green Energy and Environmental Services.” The main industries with a declining revenue tendency are “Shipping and Transportation,” “Sports and Leisure” and “Oil, Gas and Electricity.”
