The auction interval for intraday odd-lot trading will be shorten from one minute to five seconds starting from December 2, 2024

The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) stated that intraday odd-lot trading is an important measure for achieving the vision of inclusive finance set by regulatory authorities. In order to enhance trading opportunities in the odd-lot market and make intraday odd-lot trading more friendly and convenient, the TWSE has announced to adjust the intraday odd-lot trading matching interval, will be shorten from 1 minute to 5 seconds, starting from December 2, 2024. This adjustment aims to improve the overall efficiency of the capital market.
